WhyBulkSMS provides bulk SMS, WhatsApp Business API and voice messaging to businesses across India — from a single coaching centre sending fee reminders to distributors pushing lakhs of dispatch alerts a month. We connect through direct telecom operator routes and the official Meta cloud platform, which is why a message you send at 9 PM on a Sunday behaves the same as one you send at 11 AM on a Tuesday.
Most of our customers came to us after a bad experience somewhere else: credits that expired quietly, a promotional route quietly used for transactional traffic, DLT templates rejected four times with no explanation, or a support number that rang out. We built the way we work around not being that.
That means we will tell you when you do not need a service. If a missed-call number will do the job of a short code at a fraction of the price, we will say so, even though the short code pays us better.

Every account starts with free credits on a live route. Send to your own numbers, on your own handsets, across operators, and check the delivery reports yourself. If the route does not perform for your traffic, do not buy it.
DLT handled with you
Entity registration, sender ID and content templates are where most businesses stall. We draft the templates with you, in the right category, with the variables placed correctly, so they pass review instead of bouncing back. No charge for this, at any plan size.
One price, written down
Our full rate card is public on the pricing page, GST included in every total. What Meta charges for WhatsApp conversations we pass through at cost. No setup fee on SMS, and credits valid a full year.

Support is a person on WhatsApp at +91 99819 10356, not a ticket queue that replies in three business days. If a route is misbehaving we would rather you tell us at 8 PM than find out from your customers on Monday.

The shortcuts in this industry all end the same way: a blacklisted header, a blocked template, and a business that cannot message its own customers for a fortnight.
DLT end to end
Every message goes out against a registered entity, header and template. We will not send traffic on someone else's header, whatever the volume.
Honest routing
Promotional traffic on promotional routes, transactional on transactional. Pushing marketing down a service lane is what gets headers blacklisted.
Consent first
We expect you to have opt-in for your list and we honour DND scrubbing and unsubscribes. Purchased databases are not welcome here.
Data handling
Your contact lists are yours. We do not sell, rent or reuse them, and message content is retained only as long as reporting and law require.
Auditable logs
Every send, every delivery report, every API call is logged and exportable — which matters when a regulator, an auditor or a customer asks.
