A voice broadcast does something no text channel can: it carries tone. A school principal's own voice announcing a holiday, a candidate speaking to a constituency, a temple trust inviting the community — these land differently from a 160-character notice, and they reach people who would not have read the SMS at all. Automated voice calls carry their own TRAI restrictions on timing and consent, and a broadcast to a purchased list at 9 PM is how a route gets suspended. We schedule inside permitted hours and will ask where the list came from before a large campaign.

What is a bulk voice call service?

It dials a list of numbers and plays a recorded or text-to-speech message when the call is answered. Listeners can press a key to respond, which captures them as a lead. It is billed per connected call, so unanswered numbers cost nothing.

Can I use my own recorded voice?

Yes, and it usually performs better than synthetic audio. Upload an MP3 — a clean phone recording is fine. If you would rather not record, type the script and pick a text-to-speech voice in Hindi, English or a regional language.

How does press-1 lead capture work?

The recording invites the listener to press a key for more information or a callback. The keypress is captured against their number and pushed to your panel and webhook immediately, so your sales team can call back while the message is still fresh.

What does a voice call cost?

From Rs 0.37 per connected call excluding GST at the five-thousand slab, down to Rs 0.25 at ten lakh. Unanswered calls are not charged. Every slab is on the voice call pricing page.
