Long code price list in India
Long code plans are priced by validity and by how many keywords you need, not by how many messages you receive — incoming is unlimited on every plan.
Every rate, slab by slab.
Per-unit rates are quoted excluding GST, as is standard in the industry. The column marked You pay is the real amount including 18% GST, worked out for each slab so you are not doing the arithmetic yourself.
| Plan | You pay (incl. GST) | Validity | Base amount | What is included |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Basic | ₹4,130 | 1 month | ₹3,500 + GST | Shared long code, keyword based, unlimited incoming |
| Advance | ₹7,670 | 3 months | ₹6,500 + GST | Shared long code, 2 keywords, webhook push |
| Business | ₹10,030 | 1 year | ₹8,500 + GST | Shared long code, 5 keywords, CRM API |
| Dedicated | ₹88,500 | 1 year | ₹75,000 + GST | Number used only by you, unlimited keywords |
Incoming SMS is unlimited on all plans. Shared plans give you your own keyword on a number shared with other businesses; a dedicated number is used only by you.
The part most rate cards leave out.
The shared plans are the ones most businesses should start on. You own a keyword rather than the whole number, which costs a fraction of a dedicated code and behaves identically as long as your campaign always tells customers which keyword to send. Move to dedicated when you need unlimited keywords or when the number itself is becoming part of your branding.
Nothing here is billed per inbound message, which matters for keyword campaigns: a promotion that goes unexpectedly well costs you no more in receiving charges than one that flops. Outbound replies are ordinary SMS credits at your normal rate.

Pricing questions, no fine print.
How much does a long code number cost in India?
Shared long code plans start at Rs 3,500 plus GST for a month with keyword-based routing, and run to Rs 8,500 for a year with five keywords and CRM API access. A dedicated number used only by you is Rs 75,000 a year. The table above shows every plan with its GST-inclusive total.
Is there a charge for incoming SMS?
No. Incoming is unlimited on all long code plans with no per-message receiving charge. You are paying for the number and the keywords, not for the traffic they attract.
What is the difference in price between shared and dedicated?
A large one, and deliberately so. A shared code with your own keyword covers most use cases for a few thousand rupees; a dedicated number reserves a scarce resource exclusively for you and is priced accordingly.
Are the auto-reply messages charged separately?
Yes, as ordinary outbound SMS credits at your normal rate, because an auto-reply is a real SMS going out through an operator. The inbound message that triggered it is free.
