Missed call alert service price list
Missed call is sold as a monthly plan rather than per call, because the value is the number and the lead capture behind it. Landline routes are cheaper; mobile numbers get dialled more often from print advertising.
Every rate, slab by slab.
Per-unit rates are quoted excluding GST, as is standard in the industry. The column marked You pay is the real amount including 18% GST, worked out for each slab so you are not doing the arithmetic yourself.

A one-time activation charge applies on the mobile route — see one-time charges on the main pricing page. Activation takes two to five working days.
The part most rate cards leave out.
Choosing between the two routes is a marketing decision, not a technical one. A ten-digit mobile number looks like a person and gets dialled noticeably more often when it is printed on a hoarding or a pamphlet; a landline number costs less per month and is perfectly adequate when the number is being given out digitally or on an invoice. The lead you capture is identical either way.
Included call volumes are generous because most campaigns are bursty — a hoarding goes up and a month's quota arrives in a week. If your campaign is genuinely continuous at high volume, the unlimited plan with dedicated capacity and an SLA is the one worth pricing.

Pricing questions, no fine print.
How is a missed call service priced?
As a monthly plan that includes the number, the panel, the auto-reply and a bundle of calls — not per call. Landline plans start at Rs 1,200 a month plus GST and mobile plans at Rs 1,600, both with a three-month minimum commitment.
Why does the mobile route cost more than landline?
Because a ten-digit mobile number is a scarcer resource and carries a one-time activation charge with the operator. It is worth the difference when the number is going into print advertising, where it gets dialled noticeably more often than a landline.
What happens if I exceed the included calls?
We tell you before it becomes an invoice surprise and move you to the next plan up. Campaigns are bursty by nature, so a single heavy month is not usually a reason to change plan permanently.
Is there an activation charge?
Not on the landline route. The mobile route carries a one-time activation charge of Rs 5,900 including GST, listed with the other one-time charges on the main pricing page, and takes two to five working days.
