The messages nobody should be typing twice.
Most of what a business sends on WhatsApp is not a conversation at all. It is the same message with a different name and number in it: order confirmed, appointment tomorrow at four, payment of this amount is due, here is your code. Automation means your own system sends those the instant the event happens, instead of somebody copying details into WhatsApp an hour later.
In practice that is an event hitting our API and a template going out. An order is placed and the confirmation leaves immediately. An appointment is twenty-four hours away and the reminder fires. An invoice crosses its due date and the follow-up goes without anybody deciding to chase it.
