A dedicated lane, because a late OTP is a lost customer.
Every second an OTP is late, somebody abandons a checkout or a login. The usual reason a provider is slow is not distance or network: it is that your verification code is queued behind somebody else's fifty-thousand-message festive blast on the same operator bind. We keep authentication traffic on a separate high-priority connection, so a volume spike anywhere else on the platform cannot slow your signups down.
Because an OTP is service information and not marketing, it reaches numbers registered on DND, around the clock, with your own six-character sender ID on it. And when an SMS OTP genuinely cannot land — a basement with no signal, a full inbox, a feature phone — the platform can place a voice call that reads the code aloud instead, without your application code changing at all.
- Sub-5-second delivery target on the priority bind, measured continuously rather than claimed once.
- Automatic route failover — if an operator bind starts degrading, traffic shifts mid-stream.
- One API call returns a message ID you can poll, or receive back on a delivery webhook.
- Voice OTP fallback fires automatically when the SMS OTP is not verified inside your window.
- Retry and expiry logic you control with a full audit trail for compliance review.
