When the SMS OTP does not arrive, the phone rings instead.
Every signup funnel leaks at the OTP step, and the leak is bigger than most teams think because the users it affects never complain — they simply give up. A voice OTP is the cheapest rescue available: if the code has not been verified within the window you set, the platform places a call and speaks it. You pay only for calls that actually connect, and only for the users who were about to be lost.
It also reaches people SMS structurally cannot. A customer who cannot read English, a parent on a feature phone, a delivery partner with a cracked screen — a spoken code in Hindi, Marathi, Tamil or Bengali works for all of them. For your developers nothing changes: the same verify endpoint, the same transaction, one extra channel behind it.
- Automatic fallback — fires if the SMS OTP is not verified within your chosen window.
- Text to speech in Indian languages — Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali and more.
- Code repeated twice with a keypress option to hear it once more.
- Works on feature phones and on any number that can receive a call.
- Same verify endpoint as SMS OTP, so your application logic does not change.
