Voice OTP price list in India
Voice OTP is billed per connected call off the same voice credit balance. Because it fires only when an SMS OTP was not verified, you pay for it exactly on the signups it rescues — and never on the ones that worked.

Per-unit rates are quoted excluding GST, as is standard in the industry. The column marked You pay is the real amount including 18% GST, worked out for each slab so you are not doing the arithmetic yourself.

The economics of voice OTP are better than the per-call rate suggests. Suppose a small percentage of your SMS OTPs are never verified: the voice fallback is billed only on that slice, and only on the part of it that answered the phone. Against the lifetime value of a recovered signup, it is usually the cheapest line on a messaging invoice.
There is no separate platform charge for the fallback logic, the text-to-speech, or the languages. You buy voice credits at the rates above and the fallback consumes them when it fires. The SMS leg is billed separately at the OTP SMS rate.

How is voice OTP billed?
Per connected call, at the voice rates above, from the same credit balance as a voice broadcast. If the call is not answered there is no charge, and if the SMS OTP was verified normally the fallback never fires at all.
Is there a monthly fee for the voice OTP fallback?
No. There is no platform or licence fee for the fallback, the text-to-speech or the language options. You pay only for calls that connect.
Do I pay for both the SMS and the voice OTP?
Only when both are actually sent. The SMS leg is billed at the OTP SMS rate when it goes out; the voice leg is billed only if the code was still not verified and the fallback call connected.
Is voice OTP cheaper than losing the signup?
Almost always, which is the whole argument for it. A connected fallback call costs between Rs 0.25 and Rs 0.37 depending on your slab, against the value of a customer who would otherwise have abandoned registration.
